Shipping Policy
All charms will be individually bubble wrapped and stored in their own cardboard boxes, and sealed within a waterproof envelope. Most charms are packed in 9 x 7 inches flap bubble envelope that can hold up to 6 charms. Sticker Sheets will be placed in a flat plastic bags and package into flat cardboard envelopes. Bigger orders will be packed in 3D Cardboard boxes. Only USPS First Class Shipping is available now. Order will take about 1-3 days to prepare, and shipping may take 2-5 days to arrive. If you prefer other forms of packaging or shipping, please contact me through email. Thank You.
Return & Exchange Policy
If the item is received damaged, please contact me directly. I'll be happy to fix the item for you without charge. As for exchanges, the replace item must be returned completely before the new item is shipped out. Repairments and exchanges may take 1-2 weeks to complete. For other reasons that customers would like a refund, please provide a reason, so I can better improve my small business in the future.
