Shipping Policy
All of the charms will be carefully packed for my lovely customers. Free shipping with a minimum of $30. Most packages are packed in 9 x 7 inches flap bubble envelope that can hold up to 6 charms. Every single charm will be bubble wrapped and packed in to their own individual box. Stickers or Sticker Sheets will be placed in a flat plastic bag and package into cardboard envelope. Bigger orders will be packed in 3D Cardboard boxes. Only USPS First Class Shipping is available now. Order will take about 1-3 days to prepare, and shipping may take 2-5 days to arrive. If you prefer other forms of packaging or shipping, please contact me directly.

Return & Exchange Policy
If the item is received damaged, please contact me directly. I'll be happy to fix the item for you without charge. As for exchanges, the replace item must be returned completely before the new item ship out. Repairments and exchanges may take 1-2 weeks to complete. For other reasons that customers would like a refund, please provide a reason, so I can better improve my shop in the future.
